Shipping & Policies

Shipping:

Generally speaking your order ships in 3-5 business days (Mon-Sat), from the day we receive your order from Alva FL. Processing times may vary depending on peak holidays, season, craft shows, or after a promotional event. Currently, we only ship USPS in the 52 United States.
*$8.49 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $50
* Shipping calculated on the pre-taxed subtotal

Return/Refunds:

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. *NO body products are returnable (soap, lotion, perfume, scrubs).
Items must be packed in its original form and appropriate packaging ie: bubble wrap, and paper.
You may use the carrier of your choice to return the item
Your refund will be in the form of your original payment. Minus any shipping cost.
You may request a return/refund/exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. *Body product are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
Failure to follow these conditions may result in no refund/exchange or reduction in a refund.
Defective Product: *Body products are non-refundable*
Please do NOT throw the product out. You may be asked to return the product for quality assurance purposes.
Should you have a quality assurance issue with your product ie: wicks, fragrance, glass, ect. Please feel free to contact me for a refund/exchange.

Damaged Product:

Damaged/discrepancies MUST be reported within 5 days of product receipt.
It is not necessary to return the product that has been broken for safety reasons. However please send a picture of the damaged product.

Hand Poured Perfection:

We take pride in our candles and each one is hand poured by Katrena (Owner) with the highest quality products available.  Each candle is carefully poured and inspected for quality assurance. We burn each candle in our home to assure that you are getting a quality product that stands up to our promise.
